Hello! I am excited to meet you! I am a licensed Social Worker and Clinical Therapist with an extensive background in program development, training and therapy with adults for the past 23 years. As the founder and Executive Director of Blue Lotus CCS, I utilize a social justice lens to help work with all aspects of the client’s experiences. My clinical focus has been in working with other mental health professionals, medical providers and educators to help them work thru impostor voice, burnout, compassion fatigue and trauma. I provide supervision to new social workers in the Charlotte, NC area. I am also a trainer with A Call to Men participating in virtual and corporate trainings related to creating anti-racist spaces.
