(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
I believe in approaching therapy in a way that takes your identity & background into account every step of the way.
I am looking forward to meeting you! I have experience working at the sexual assault center, the community mental health settings, and my own private practice. I do believe in using evidence-based-strategies, but acknowledge that a person's identity and background may influence how we approach/tailor these strategies. I would say I am more conversational in my style because I believe therapy can be a warm environment. As a queer POC myself I strive to make my practice a safe place for everyone.
