Nichole is Your Mental Health Expert. She seeks to promote holistic mental health and create hope, health and healing by working with you. Nichole practices Integrative Psychiatry to help you identify and treat the underlying cause(s) and contributors to symptoms of depression, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, brain fog, fatigue, and other contemporary mental health conditions. Integrative Psychiatry is a personalized approach to mental health that uses functional medicine and traditional psychiatry to identify and treat core imbalances which affect your brain, body, and life. Nichole will search for underlying triggers that are contributing to your symptoms and tailor the intervention to your specific needs as an individual. She realizes that there is no separating the brain and the body and may use counselling techniques, supplements, lifestyle changes, recommend an emotional support animal and/or prescribe medication to treat your condition.
