Therapy has the power to unlock profound parts of ourselves. I enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds, faiths, and walks of life.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I feel passionate about supporting individuals and couples who are looking to gain introspection and grow into the version of themselves they aspire to be. I have been in the mental health field since 2020 and have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Currently, my main demographic of clients is 18+ and those struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and low self-esteem. In my work with clients, building a strong therapeutic relationship is the key to effective therapy. Empathy and humor, in my opinion, are essential to foster a substantial rapport. Through person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT, my clients and I will develop individualized goals together. I believe that clients deserve to feel in control when developing goals for therapy. I also hope that all of my clients feel capable of utilizing learned skills when not in session with me. Above all, warmth, safety, and honesty are how I'd describe the environment I strive to create for my clients.

Accepts new patients after hospitalization for

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
