I will support your process of change by helping you to explore and let go of the feelings and beliefs that prevent you from living your fullest life.

Do you find yourself unable to break out of old habits or ways of thinking? Are you ready to make deep and lasting changes in your life? When it feels like you keep running into the same difficulties again and again, there is likely an unconscious belief or behavior at work. It is very difficult to see this unconscious belief because it seems to be simply the way things are. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool for working with these unconscious patterns. The Hakomi Method uses mindfulness and body awareness to help people feel, rather than just think about, their inner experiences. Feeling your experience in the present moment opens up the possibility for new discoveries to emerge– discoveries about why you seem to be stuck in old feelings or continually running into the same situations. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I am comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds, including people who identify as LGBTQ, Spanish-speakers, and spiritual seekers of all kinds. I am committed to social justice and anti-oppression work and see therapeutic work as a necessary part of our collective liberation. Above all, I try to nurture a safe space in which you are free to explore and discover new aspects of yourself.
