I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for transformation, while guiding you on your unique path toward healing and personal growth.

My holistic approach to therapy emphasizes uncovering your innate strengths and empowering you to embrace your authentic self. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, relationships, grief, spirituality, anxiety, depression, addiction, and parenting skills. Individuals and couples seek my support to unpack deeply ingrained beliefs, explore their true passions, and enhance their connections. In our sessions, I address the mind, body, and spirit, for holistic integration. While I draw from various treatment modalities, I primarily employ a Humanistic perspective, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual. Together, we will foster self-worth through mindfulness and self-love practices. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed tools, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My role is to listen, ask exploratory questions, and provide reflections, reframing, and support as we embark on a journey of self-discovery.
