I work with individuals with a variety of challenges utilizing researched and evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

I work with individuals and couples with a variety of challenges. My style of therapy includes researched and evidence based practices, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I utilize the art of therapy to meet someone where they are in their current struggle. I then help them identify and remove the barriers holding them back from living the life they want. I also believe identifying strengths, life dreams, and goals are important for positive change and desired growth. I want to identify dreams for people to run toward rather than pain from which to run. While I have experience helping others cope with a variety of life challenges, my areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Anger, Grief/Loss, and Transitions in life. I believe in the resiliency of human nature and the importance of providing a safe, honest, collaborative, and validating environment that can promote growth and change while lessening pain.
