(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I am a NYS-licensed psychologist operating from a CBT framework. I employ a warm, action-oriented, and collaborative approach in my work!
I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with New York State residents. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace thriving, and life transitions. I also have specific knowledge and interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and have received advanced training in women’s mental health. I aim to meet my patients where they are at, and employ a warm, active, and collaborative approach in my work. I make it my mission to help my patients feel fully engaged in their lives. In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a dissertation committee member on a study assessing therapist competency working with transgender patients and volunteered as a peer counselor at an LGBT community center. In my free time, I enjoy reading, taking long walks, and exploring the diverse restaurant scene in NYC.
