Becoming your authentic self can seem like a daunting journey and I believe we can always accept help from others.

Our therapy will focus on you, the individual, and involves utilizing your creative process as a tool for self-expression and exploration. I take care to engage in meaningful conversation that removes pressure to constantly fill our therapeutic space. I make room to explore the reflective power silence has to offer, while helping to maintain a safe space for such reflection. I incorporate art making into my sessions and invite you to join in with no expectations or prior experience necessary. Making art can be used to learn about yourself, it can be a place to play, or a way to communicate beyond just words. I see the power of art not in a perfect finished product, but rather in the creative process itself. My interests include working with transitions in life, stress/anxiety, and the stages of grief and loss. I have been in practice for 8 years in a variety of settings working with adults and older adult populations as well as their family members. Let us remove the concept of “good” and “bad” in our work together, and instead seek healing and creation.
