5 years in practice

I currently offer in-person & virtual appointments to collaborate with you, for your best self. It's my goal to break down the stigmas in the world!

I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for 5 years in various treatment settings, hospitals, emergency, and trauma care. In addition, individuals and families who have experienced divorce, depression, and most mental health disorders. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective and trauma-informed perspective, using evidence-based strategies, among others, and will work collaboratively to set goals to meet your individual needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
