I enjoy supporting clients of all identities and backgrounds as they work toward growth and healing. I would love the opportunity to work with you.

You have faced and overcome painful challenges in your life, but something about this one hits you differently. Perhaps you're feeling stressed, discouraged, and unsure about where to go from here. You are hoping to move more toward growth and wellness, and are prepared to seek some extra support. However, deciding to begin counseling can be a difficult decision full of discomfort and nerves. I aim to eliminate some of this by establishing a strong working relationship with you in which we initially move at your pace. We will collaborate together on your unique goals and ways to reach them. I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns, including trauma, family conflict, grief, depression, immigration, and multiracial/biracial/mixed issues. I utilize creativity to mold the counseling process to what best fits you. We will explore coping skills, memories, relationships, and deep emotions prevalent to your experience. When working with me, you can expect encouragement, humor, and compassion. I will collaborate with you as a partner while also challenging you to move even further in your wellness. Counseling is an investment in time, money, and emotional labor. So, it is important that we integrate your personal preferences and expertise in your own life into the process.
