I am a genuine, caring psychotherapist who is attentive to experiences of identity, power, privilege, and culture dedicated to helping you grow.

I believe that people cannot be broken, but they can get stuck in patterns, dynamics, and beliefs that don’t serve their goals and values. I specialize in helping people who feel “stuck” due to the impacts of a disruptive life event (such as trauma, chronic/complex medical conditions, or loss) or who feel “stuck” with symptoms that disrupt their daily life (such as intense emotions, panic attacks, burnout, sleep issues, or compulsions). I aim to create a supportive, collaborative space to pursue healing and change. I especially enjoy working with clients who are members of the LGBTQ, disability, and/or COVID-aware communities. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to individual goals, values, and abilities. I offer therapy grounded in evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, CPT, DBT, ERP). I specialize in trauma, anxiety, stress, and health-related concerns (e.g., chronic illness, disability, rare medical conditions). My style is affirming, supportive, and direct. I believe all people have the capacity to “get unstuck” and build authentic, fulfilling lives, even in the midst of great challenges. I hope to join you in exploring what you would like your life to be.
