Do you feel stuck? Anxious? Tired of replaying the past and worrying about your future? It can be exhausting, but you don't have to go it alone.

In my work with clients, strive to work collaboratively – you are the expert on you, and I see my job as using my experience and training to guide you toward living authentically and joyfully. I seek to build authentic, non-judgmental relationships with my clients and provide evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with a wide range of clients, and my areas of focus are Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety, and ADHD.
