Want to experience less stress and more joy in your life? Let's work together to address overwhelm and help you feel more empowered.
Are you overwhelmed, anxious, and burned out? Would you like to manage your stress more effectively? Maybe you’re struggling to keep up with work and family responsibilities, maybe your emotions feel out of control, or maybe you want to have better relationships. Many people have great ideas about how to solve their own problems, but then become frustrated when these strategies aren’t working consistently. In my clinical work, I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach that is tailored to people’s individual needs. I collaborate with my clients in developing concrete, practical solutions that help them feel calmer, happier, more organized, and more present in their lives. When people complete their course of therapy with me, they are more empowered to cope with daily challenges. Some of my areas of expertise include ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, and emotion management. I use a holistic, systemic, trauma-informed perspective and have experience helping marginalized/underserved populations, including LGBTQ+ identified folks, BIPOC communities, and veterans.
