Reconnect. Heal. Thrive. Tailoring services to your individuals needs.

The downfalls of life can leave us feeling worried, helpless, or anxious. We try to protect ourselves from pain…albeit trauma, losses, or hardships. We may experience panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, endless worries and many doubts. Fear, anxiety, or depression take us farther away from ourselves and the fulfilled life we can lead. Healing can feel scary, alone, and overwhelming. It takes courage to reach out for support. As an experienced social worker for over ten years, I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, college students, and adults struggling with anxiety, fears, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and mood disorders. I am also trained in Supported Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) which is a short-term evidence based-treatment. It is my priority to build a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship while creating a warm, inviting, and safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported. I am strength-based, attend ongoing trainings to enhance my skills, and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches. I am accepting new clients and would be honored to be a part of your journey towards healing, growth, and transformation.
