Hello Wonderful Human, I am looking forward to meeting you and working together on your healing journey. I have been practicing for 7 years here in Arizona in a range of settings from Residential Behavioral Health, Outpatient Clinics, to currently practicing in a Private Practice setting. I believe that safety begins with our own relationship to ourself. I work to help individuals process trauma using evidence based modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR. I also use an eclectic approach such as CBT, DBT, and Somatic Experience to help increase safety and stability within yourself. I'm here to set some goals with you and provide tools to help reach your goals. I have special considerations for working with children and adolescents. I work mainly with adults.
