I work with young adults and adults that are looking to explore their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and pursue positive change in their lives!

Sometimes taking a step back to assess and reflect on what is happening in your life is the crucial first step in making life-altering change. Doing so with a professional to help guide you can be incredibly helpful. I work with adults and teens ages 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life-changes, and more. I take a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to individual clients' problems and work to help them gain insight. I also love working with couples, especially in short-term pre-marital counseling. I draw from a number of disciplines including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I was recently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) as well. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight and make changes that lead to a more fulfilling, enjoyable life. I look forward to speaking with you to determine if I could be a good fit for you!
