I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults, and have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.

Hi there! My name is Madi Blais (she/her/hers), and I am excited to work with you! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) in the state of North Carolina. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults, and have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress & overwhelm, life changes, depression, and current or past trauma. I work primarily from a person-centered therapy approach, which means I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for personal growth and self-understanding. Depending on your needs, I incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am also trained in Brainspotting Phase 1, a powerful therapy technique designed to help clients process trauma, emotional pain, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
