You don’t have to face all the hard stuff on your own. Together, we'll figure out how you got here and how to move forward.
Hi there! I'm Madeline. I help those struggling with autism, ADHD, depression/anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments. Together, we'll develop the skills and coping mechanisms you need to overcome your challenges. I work from a client-centered approach to give individualized care that's specific to everyone’s different needs. I hope to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. You don’t have to face all the hard stuff on your own. Together, we'll figure out how you got here and how to move forward, with a little humor along the way. We'll start with understanding your current challenges and develop a plan to carry on. I offer an inclusive space with in-person or virtual sessions to best meet your needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome here. I strive for clients to feel accepted, safe and empowered during our time together.
