Lucy Stewart
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I’m here to walk with you on your healing journey, offering support, compassion, and guidance. Together, we’ll explore and create positive change.
I specialize in trauma recovery using Brainspotting and ART, helping you process and resolve traumatic memories effectively. By combining ART with mindfulness and somatic techniques, I help you release emotional pain and reclaim your sense of safety and empowerment. For college students facing depression, anxiety, or other challenges, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a skills-based approach that teaches practical strategies to manage emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. Whether you’re dealing with academic stress, social pressures, or family issues, DBT provides the tools you need to thrive.I also offer support for those navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, or infertility. From loss to postpartum depression, I provide compassionate care through each stage of your journey. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring thoughts, developing coping skills, and making positive changes. Taking the first step can be daunting, but I’m honored to support you along the way. Reach out today to schedule a consultation, and together, we’ll explore how I can best support your healing
