As a result, more meaningful relationships and deeper connections with others will follow. A new sense of wholeness and direction will drive your life. Some skills you can learn in my sessions: Switching from judging and blaming, to understanding and setting loving boundaries with yourself and others; learning to communicate effectively, internally and externally; undoing incorrect beliefs about yourself; embracing and befriending uncomfortable feelings; identifying your needs; self regulating your body and automatic reactions, trusting yourself, etc. Licensed, bilingual/bicultural therapist from Mexico.
