I am trained in EMDR to offer a holistic approach to heal emotional wounds. All are welcomed as an Anti-Oppression Informed Practitioner.

As a holistic mental health therapist, my passion lies in fostering a comprehensive approach to healing that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. In our fast-paced and often fragmented world, I believe in the profound significance of addressing mental health concerns through a lens that encompasses the entirety of an individual's being. With a solid foundation in clinical social work,I have cultivated an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from various modalities, including mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). By combining evidence-based treatments with an understanding of the profound impact of lifestyle, I aim to guide my clients toward a path of comprehensive and sustainable healing.
