Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Helping College Students Navigate Stress, Identity, and Life Transitions with Compassion, Support, and Practical Tools for Growth.
You constantly feel like you’re not enough—whether from societal pressures, family expectations, or past trauma. If you’re navigating neurodivergence, body image struggles, or the complexities of parenthood, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, affirming space for individuals with ADHD, autism, body acceptance challenges, or parenting stress. Using trauma-informed, social justice-focused care, I integrate DBT, mindfulness, and a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to support your unique journey. Together, we’ll build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster self-acceptance. Therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood—and maybe even share a laugh along the way.
