My goal is to empower you and help you bring more joy back into your life, feel more fulfilled, confident and passionate about the life you are living.

I am passionate about supporting the mental health of adolescents, college students, and young adults as they navigate through various stages and transitions in life. The middle school, high school, and college years can be full of challenge, stress, and change, which can have negative implications for physical and mental health. My goal is to support and empower you so you can experience fulfillment and excitement during these times! My clinical areas of focus are related to stress, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, body image and disordered eating concerns, depression, and chronic illness/pain. I utilize a relatable and strengths-based approach to therapy, with a strong focus on overall wellness. I help clients increase insight, improve their relationships, identify values, develop awareness of thoughts and emotions and change unwanted patterns. I also incorporate creative interventions like art, horses, and yoga into sessions when appropriate. My goal is to create a comfortable space for you to explore whatever is on your mind. I want to help you bring more joy back into your life, feel more fulfilled, confident and passionate about the life you are living. If this sounds like something your are looking for, I would love to connect with you! Let's take the first step towards growth together!
