I greatly desire for those that I meet with to know that they matter and have purpose on this Earth. I'm here to be in 'whatever it is' with you!

I enjoy working with teens, individuals and couples! A few of the main tools that I use for therapy involve brainspotting, imago dialogue, EFT, CBT and DBT. Feel free to ask me about these tools to learn more! When working with younger clients, I tend to add in play and art therapy techniques. With my holistic view about health, I am willing to work with all aspects of life-- emotional, cognitive, spiritual and physical. I have a background in sports medicine from my undergrad education as well as experience working with a ministry overseas and in the U.S. I have learned that these experiences have bettered my practice and have allowed me to walk alongside my clients well. I believe that we were made to live in community, and therefore love caring for relationships and helping clients grow in communication skills such as active listening, validation and empathy. I recognize that seeking help and choosing to see a counselor is not the easiest and I see the courage in this step. I am so thankful to be a part of your life and journey!
