I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been in practice for 13 years. I believe that through self-discovery and meaningful human connection there is opportunity for change that will bring positive outcome to any situation possible. I believe that lasting change comes when we understand ourselves fully and engage authentically with others and the world. By taking a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit through an emotion-focused lens, I aim to guide clients toward transformation and growth. My work is centered around building trusting, supportive relationships where clients can explore their true selves and how they interact with their environment. I believe the therapeutic relationship can serve as a catalyst for clients to return to their bodies with peace and acceptance, even amidst life's struggles. I feel it is a privilege to sit together with clients and hold space for great transformative work to occur. I work with adults and couples (both premarital and marital), addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, and life transitions.
