Together, we can work on communicating your needs and learn to manage strong emotions in healthier ways. This can help you regain parts of your life and learn new things about yourself. I offer person-centered and strength-based therapy. I want to give you the tools to navigate the ups and downs of life and the space to process those emotions in a judgment-free and secure space. I utilize cognitive behavioral, acceptance, and mindfulness therapy techniques to understand your arousal system and embodied mind. Combining top-down and bottom-up therapy modalities. In addition to psychotherapy, I have many years of advocacy work and training others in areas of addiction, eating disorders, and personal and professional boundaries.
