(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I am here to help you find your inner strength and move forward with a life you are content with living and foster embodied wellness.
If you struggle with pervasive sadness, depression, interfering anxiety, unmanaged ADHD, possible substance or process addictive behaviors or unresolved trauma, I am here to help. Understanding these things can be very overwhelming and confusing. I will help you understand these difficulties and help you develop a plan to navigate your life better while understanding their impact on your life. Together, we can work on communicating your needs and learn to manage strong emotions in healthier ways. This can help you regain parts of your life and learn new things about yourself. I offer person-centered and strength-based therapy. I want to give you the tools to navigate the ups and downs of life and the space to process those emotions in a judgment-free and secure space. I utilize cognitive behavioral, acceptance, and mindfulness therapy techniques to understand your arousal system and embodied mind. Combining top-down and bottom-up therapy modalities. In addition to psychotherapy, I have many years of advocacy work and training others in areas of addiction, eating disorders, and personal and professional boundaries. I serve as the Vice President and Education Chair for the iaedp
