I have experience working with all ages and I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I love to utilize creative activities to help the hard work make more sense and feel more approachable, no matter your age. My experience includes working with all ages (0-99+) struggling with: Anxiety Communication Issues Depression Emotional Dysregulation Grief and Loss Life Adjustments or Transitions Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Recent Life Stressors Relationship Issues Self-Esteem Stress Trauma History As we pursue your unique goals, I may integrate approaches to fine-tune my approach. I have specialized training in evidence-based treatments including: Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Children (DBT-C), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). When not at work, I can be found walking around a lake with my corgi (Captain Crunch), drinking coffee with friends, laughing at puns, or trying new restaurants.
