I believe it to be a sincere privilege to assist people in their journey and would love to help you navigate yours! I have many tools in my toolbox and am happy to share them with you. I feel a positive and sincere therapeutic relationship without judgment is the basis for all therapy and counseling. Once that is established we will set goals together and we might engage in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS informed EMDR and Flash for trauma and PTSD, EFT, or traditional talk therapies. I work with people ages 13 and up. If you or your loved ones are struggling through the high school and college years, I am here to help. I have helped many navigate school while dealing with depression and anxiety, ADHD, OCD and similar challenges. Finding support while in school, making transitions from high school to college and college to the world of work can be overwhelming and having someone to help you through the transitions can be very helpful. I am a strong ally of those identifying as LGBTQIA++. I have had the privilege of walking alongside many as they have found their way to a sexual identity that fits them and feels right. Dealing with grief and loss, whether a result of death or unwanted experiences such as job loss or loss of health is also something I specialize in. I work T/W/Th as I am semi retired and I have extensive training in providing telehealth therapy.
