I strive to help all humans feel supported and whole.
It is very human to experience challenges in life. Depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns can feel isolating and destabilizing through the college years. I am eager to help clients from all backgrounds navigate trying times. I have a particular interest in helping clients through eating, exercise, and body image concerns. With lived experience of an eating disorder and in full recovery myself, I know how difficult it can be to find help and recovery. I practice from a size-inclusive theoretical framework for eating disorder recovery, and am a Certified Intuitive Eating practitioner. My work is not solely limited to eating and body image concerns; I have experience with helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions as well. I believe all humans are worthy of support, love, and respect and hope you reach out if you are in need.
