My approach is to explore and understand your individual experience. “why are you the way you are”. After this understanding, we can work to find mechanisms that help you deal with the presenting concerns. Goal is to find ways to improve quality of life. My style is interactive, collaborative, to the point and non-dogmatic. I work with my clients in a relationship oriented manner, attending closely to unique strengths, culture, cognitions and abilities. I offer complimentary initial consultation, this allows clients the opportunity to ask questions and to see if I am a good fit for them.
