At Dynamis Counseling, we will help you identify a path forward.

Kevin helps athletes and former athletes strengthen their mental well-being for training, competition, and life. Athletes carry a unique worldview shaped by training and performance demands, injuries, wins and losses, and transitions both within and beyond sport. Even after competition ends, the identity and perspective of being an athlete remain—often bringing both strengths and challenges. A lifelong athlete himself, Kevin has trained, competed, and coached across multiple sports. This experience provides him with a profound understanding of the pressures, setbacks, and opportunities that athletes face. He provides a space for clients to build resilience, regulate emotions, and create balance beyond performance. Kevin began his counseling career in 2003 and brings more than two decades of experience working with high school, college, and professional athletes. His approach integrates cognitive-behavioral strategies with practical philosophy, focusing on preparation, maintaining composure under pressure, and keeping a clear perspective. Whether you’re training, competing, or navigating life after sport, Kevin’s goal is to help you enhance your mental health, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a fulfilling life.
