The transitions to college and adulthood can be very overwhelming and challenging. Allow me to support you in navigating these life changing events!

Feeling stuck, sad, lost, overwhelmed, drained, or confused? Repeating the same patterns and want things to change but don’t know where to start? You want better for yourself but don’t know how to get there. Inaction prevents us from moving towards the person we want to be and live the life we want to live. The good news is you don’t have to figure out the next steps alone. If you have no idea where to begin, I want to help! My goal is to assist in meeting your practical goals leading to a more manageable and fulfilling life you can find enjoyment in despite the chaos in life. Together we explore behavior patterns and thoughts that have immobilized you and move towards action and do something about it! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional using a client-centered, trauma informed, solution focused approach. I have experience working with young adults and adults dealing with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, work challenges, home life stress, self-esteem concerns, adjustment and relationship issues, past trauma, etc.
