(She/Her/Hers)
Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC)
Every person deserves access to quality mental health care and I welcome those from all backgrounds to seek support to live their most authentic lives!
I am so glad that you happened upon my profile and I'd love to connect! I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy and want to meet you where you are with an understanding and non-judgmental helping hand. I believe you are the expert on your life and my role is to support you in creating the change you want to see. I have been providing counseling services since 2023 in an outpatient setting working primarily with undergraduate and graduate students for brief solution-focused counseling. I offer individual, couples, and group counseling. I have experience working with people struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, life changes, grief/loss, trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, and those with religious interests across the lifespan. Additionally, I have a background in neuropsychology, concussions/mTBIs, and chronic neck and back pain. I have familiarity connecting with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes as well as members of the United States Armed Forces.
