Compassionate therapy specializing in women’s reproductive mental health, addiction recovery, and personalized support for emotional well-being.

Hi, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 8 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. After witnessing friends return from military service struggling with mental health, I transitioned from public relations to social work. My personal experience with postpartum depression led me to specialize in women’s reproductive mental health. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and I support clients dealing with fertility concerns, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and more. In addition to reproductive mental health, I also specialize in addiction recovery, suicidal ideation, and anxiety. My approach is centered around the whole person, using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself freely, experience growth, and find relief. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to find the balance and fulfillment you're seeking.
