I use my lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent person to create my intersectional, person-centered approach to therapy.

My therapeutic approach enables me to serve my clients as their companion in exploration, education, and healing. I strive to help my clients reach their goals in a safe, and supportive environment knowing that I am with them every step of the way. The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The therapeutic approach I utilize most would be considered eclectic, primarily focusing on Person Centered, Existential, Trauma informed therapy. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.
