Kayla Davis

I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing for 6 years, working in a wide array of community colleges, university centers, and disability services, and now currently in private practice. I enjoy working with young adults and adults (18+) especially those going through a transitionary period i.e. breakup, new college, moved to a new city, new mom, divorced, empty nester, etc...I approach treatment from a person-centered perspective and cognitive-behavioral perspective meaning I focus a lot on managing negative thinking and meeting you where you are. I will work with you on meeting the goals you set for yourself and increasing your awareness about yourself and your behaviors. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and welcome you to start your new journey with me.
