Hi there! My name is Kate, and I work with teens and adults experiencing a variety of challenges like anxiety and depression, life changes and stress, and low self-esteem and relational issues. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance with you so we can understand your history, patterns, needs, and desires. I view therapy as an exploratory process where we build insight into how past experiences are impacting us in the present.
