I can help you find peace and flexibility in your relationship with food.
Hello! I specialize in helping individuals recover from eating disorders, chronic dieting, and related struggles. I have a passion for helping those who are trying to find peace in their relationship with food and build a kinder relationship with their body. I would love to help you grow in anxiety management, assertive communication, and self-compassion. I offer warmth, empathy, insight, and practical strategies to each of my clients. I have more than 15 years of experience in the field of eating disorder treatment, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. I am able to offer a Christian approach for those who would like to include this in their therapy. I welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQ+ community.
