Healing with compassion, humor, and no judgement.

I work collaboratively with adults and couples of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring our work to your unique goals, values, and strengths. Together, we’ll explore not just individual patterns, but also the relational and systemic dynamics that shape your experience - including the deeper layers of meaning, purpose, and transformation that may be calling you. My approach is grounded, flexible, and deeply respectful. Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, or simply a space to make sense of life’s complexities, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and room for both seriousness and laughter. I graduated from Friends University with a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, Bipolar, life transitions, religious trauma, infidelity, and anger management. I utilize evidence based practices to meet your needs.
