Brainspotting is a revolutionary therapeutic method that utilizes the relationship between eye positions and emotional experiences to address and heal trauma. Created by Dr. David Grand, it is based on the idea that specific eye movements can access and help release deep-rooted emotional traumas in the brain. This technique enables a deep and meaningful healing process by tapping into the areas where trauma is stored, offering an effective path to emotional recovery.
