I am a queer therapist that specializes in LGBTQIA+, non-conforming and ethical non-monogamy communities. I'm certified in grief and attachment trauma.

Are you experiencing pain, loss, self-rejection, anxiety, depression, disconnection, shame or heartbreak? Does it feel hard to connect to yourself and others? Do you put intense pressure on yourself, only to feel stuck and more stressed? Please know that you are not alone in this. As your therapist, I will be together with you on the path toward greater healing, where you will feel lighter, connected, and capable. Karen (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist with 15 years' experience working in community mental health. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work in 2012. She is a certified NARM Therapist trained in developmental, attachment and relational trauma therapy. Karen is certified as a Compassionate Bereavement Care provider for traumatic grief since 2020 through the MISS Foundation. Karen is an artist and has over 5 years' experience in therapeutic art studio spaces. She specializes in supporting the LGBTQQIP2SA+ and ENM/CNM communities both personally as a member and professionally as an inclusive therapist. Here With You Therapy strives to create a safe and secure therapy environment for all humans to be valued and honored for who they are.
