Kaitlyn (Katie) Reed

Hey there, I’m Katie! It’s a big step to reach out for help, and I am so glad you are here. I strive to make therapy sessions a safe space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings while building skills to manage stress, anxiety, and improve their overall mental well-being. I have worked with individuals of all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds and know how important it is to modify therapeutic services to each individuals’ specific needs and style. It is such a privilege to be able to walk with someone through their journey to healing and bettering their lives. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, and much more. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy which allows for better engagement and understanding. I also have a passion for working with individuals that have or are experiencing teen pregnancy. Regardless, I am open to working with individuals of all ages, genders, and experiences.
