I provide a safe space for all regardless of race, sexual identity, gender, ethnicity or religion without judgment.

Everyone is on a journey and sometimes we need a little help on that journey. In my practice, I strive to validate clients' feelings and experiences while helping them to process these experiences and find their inner strength. I use CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness practices and am certified in EMDR.
