Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore themselves and move towards the life they want and deserve.

I specialize in working with queer and trans folks and people with complex relationships with food and body image. I also love working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, career and relationship uncertainty, caregiver fatigue and chronic stress. I am also polyam, kink and sex worker positive. I center mindfulness, somatic awareness, cultural and societal realities and genuine connection in my therapy practice. Laughter, tears and anger are all welcome in my office. My therapy practice is a blended approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment based therapy and community-based treatment for various eating disorders. I humbly embody my role as therapist as a white, queer, Jewish, non-binary person with chronic pain and class resources. I welcome discussion about and accountability around the ways that my identity interacts with the therapy space and my clients. I believe therapy is best as a relational and flexible space. Together, we can discover how to make sessions as healing and supportive as possible for you.
