Jude Uy

I've worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and I provide psychotherapy and consultation services in Montclair, New Jersey. Having worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community counseling clinics, I've developed specialties in emotion regulation, coping, addictions, relationships, anxiety and OCD. My training has been in dialectical and cognitive behavior therapies and mindfulness. I currently serve as the board president for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Northern New Jersey Chapter and work in college mental health. Please note this provider may not see students currently attending Montclair State University due to conflict of interest, as this provider is the Suicide Prevention Coordinator at Counseling and Psychological Services at MSU.
