Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
You are deserving of what you want, but you can’t quite see the path towards it. I tailor therapy to help deliver you towards your path and best self.
I see you; you are a person in pursuit of your best self or are a thriving couple. I work with people and couples that are on the go and aspirational. My clients may be highly functioning while under stress or meeting challenges. However, I know looks can be deceiving. You can make it look really good but not be feeling good, or you may make choices that aren’t working out and are wondering why. This is a time when extra training and development is needed. I provide space for you to explore, meet challenges, increase understanding, navigate relationships, better communication, and process events. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens in order to meet each client where they are on their path. Realizing that each client is different; and therefore, needs different tools, interventions, and techniques in order to achieve their desired goals and outcomes in therapy, I develop individual plans with my clients. We work together, pulling from my clinical knowledge and dynamic therapeutic background and your self-awareness to develop and adapt therapy to best meet your needs. I see you, and I know you are great. I welcome you to come, allow yourself to maybe become greater.
