I believe that connection opens the path to healing. Being human, we all find ourselves in times where we need help from each other to get through. Whether we have lost connection to ourselves or others, our life can become unbalanced or unmanageable. Together we can explore the connections and areas of our lives where we struggle, to find the solutions and tools needed to heal from past hurts and empower ourselves to make impactful changes in life. I am passionate about helping adults with trauma, addiction, depression, or anxiety. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Brainspotting for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and most importantly, a humanistic and empathetic approach to create a welcoming environment.
