I believe each person has the innate wisdom for self-healing, growth, and transformation.

I enjoy working with individuals who are working through a particular life challenge, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, or life transitions. I also appreciate working with clients trying to understand, accept, and appreciate themselves more fully. My own experience with difficulties around moving away from home, finding and building relationships, and managing academic and athletic stress during college and graduate school has helped me to relate to the challenges college and graduate students face. In a warm, inviting and dignifying space, I first aim to listen deeply and connect with you and your concerns. Through a holistic approach, I'll invite you to contact, explore, and unite the various elements of yourself—mind, body, and spirit—to aid in your journey towards inner knowledge and healing. I draw on aspects of mindfulness, as well as person-centered, existential, and schema therapies. I also incorporate elements from body-centered interventions. Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself, gain self-understanding, and move with confidence.
