I’m reaching out to women who are currently stuck in a really BAD moment and just need some practical help climbing out. This is what I do best. It's very difficult to muster motivation and hope when you are buried in throes of crisis. It doesn't always feel appropriate or safe to process these issues with friends or family. Reserve time for yourself. I’m an online therapist so I can meet you exactly where you are, exactly as you are. I’m a parent (of teenagers!) and a licensed master social worker with 20 years experience working with families in clinical and school settings. I use a relationship-based therapy style to support women experiencing distress associated with life changes including parenting, postpartum, relationships, career, and retirement. Together, we will identify action steps and develop coping skills to help you start to experience positive change immediately.
